This morning, scientists at the University of East Anglia in the U.K. announced they are recruiting volunteers to eat a bar of chocolate every day for a year. Only post-menopausal women with type 2 diabetes need apply. Specifically, they’re testing whether or not the flavonoids found in cocoa can indeed provide healthy benefits to the heart.
